DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders & Delivery
All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by National First Aid. Generally orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except on major holidays.
Standard delivery time is expected between 2 and 10 business days for Australian addresses. Melbourne Metro Next Day Delivery (express) available Monday to Thursday (excluding Victorian Public Holidays) to residential addresses within specified Melbourne metropolitan postcodes.
National First Aid will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an incorrect mailing address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and National First Aid will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of you providing incorrect details.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
Flammable items and some consumable items cannot be shipped by air and may result in a delay in delivery.

- Direct Bank Deposit
Your credit card information will be processed by the payment provider that you select during the check-out process. National First Aid will not store your credit card data in our website or web servers.
Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card/PayPal account will be refunded.
Returns & Refunds
In the event of a fault with any of the goods supplied by National First Aid, we will arrange a refund or replacement of the goods. Products must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
National First Aid will agree to exchange products where the customer has ordered the incorrect size or type providing the customer pays the return and resupply of shipping costs. Where a different product is resupplied there may be a cost adjustment.
If you would like to arrange a return of the goods and a refund to a change of mind this will be at the discretion of National First Aid. If accepted, the customer will be responsible for the cost of any freight fees.
Full refunds including shipping will be provided for all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
Orders can be cancelled by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 1300 099 297 between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon – Fri).
National First Aid is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your personal information. We will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We utilise SSL server encryption and a PCI compliant platform and gateway to ensure the highest level of compliant payment and information security.

Cookies and Browser Information
- No promo code needed! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
- The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
- Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside Australia.
